The Ambassador Program requests a contribution of $200.00 per student for program expenses. Your contribution is used to help with program staff, customized curriculum, instruction of the meeting sessions, additional meetings for school-sponsored activities and events, coordinating and monitoring community service jobs, service-learning projects, and materials and supplies. 

Each student will receive:

One Official Ambassador T-shirt


Ambassador Binder, Pencil Pouch


Ambassador Pencil


Name Tag


Program Information and Lesson Materials. 

The student will be able to keep their binder and its contents at the end of the year.


Students are required to wear their Ambassador T-shirt to each session and for special events and activities.

It is preferred the contribution be made immediately after you have received notification of your child's acceptance.  


Contribution Options:
      Option 1: Payment in full amount of $200.00
      Option 2: Two Installments: 1: $100 due at the time of acceptance 2: $100 due in December 2023      

      Option 3: Partial Scholarship (See below)

No student will be denied program acceptance based on ability or willingness to make this contribution and partial scholarships are available. Scholarship requests must be submitted to Dr. Schmidt at  ALL CONTRIBUTION AND SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION IS CONFIDENTIAL.

       1. Check payable to Weaver PTA and write your child's name in the memo section.  
       2. Email Mrs. Gamboa-Levy at to notify the donation has been made. 
       3. Place in an envelope addressed to "Weaver PTA - Ambassador Program" and place it in the PTA basket in the Main Office.
