What is the Jog-a-thon?

  • The Jog-a-thon is one of Weaver’s biggest fundraisers for the PTA and we need your superhero support!
  • We run to show support for our school and raise funds to help pay for Field Trips, Winkos Supplies, Weaver Ambassadors, Classroom STEAM Supplies, Grade-Level Musical Performances, Teacher Professional Development, Summer Jam, The STEAM Fair, Reflections Art Contest, Outdoor Science School, The Talent Show, Art Programming, International Day of Play, and so much more!
  • Participation in Jog-a-thon fundraising is optional

How does it work?

  • Students raise funds by collecting pledges to run in the Jog-a-thon on September 20th
  • A couple days before the run, every student receives a FREE 2023 Jog-a-thon shirt, funded through the donations of our event sponsors
  • On the day of the event, students wear their Jog-a-thon shirt and participate in the run, regardless if they raise funds or not
  • This year, we are excited to bring back our 100% naturally organic foam that students can run through
  • After the run, students enjoy a free non-dairy popsicle with their grade!
  • Families are welcome to attend the run and cheer on their superhero!
  • Students also receive prizes- Click Here for Prize levels

How can I raise money?

  • It’s easy to raise money and ask family and friends for pledge donations online!
  • To get started, register your student at http://pledgestar.com/weaver and follow the simple steps!
  • Regardless of how many laps a student runs, family and friends pay a flat amount of their choice.
