All Chairpersons are appointed by the PTA President and ratified by the general membership.  Chairpersons and Committees will be formed at the beginning of the school year.

JOG-A-THON Chair/Co Chair
The Weaver Jog-a-Thon is in September 2025 and is our 1st big fundraiser to kick off our school year! We currently do a Foam Run with Foamalicious. Organize and execute the JOG-A-THON

Gala Commitee
The Gala Committee assists the Gala Co-chairs in "ALL" things gala related. Including, data entry, social media, graphic design and more.

4th Grade Committee
The 4th Grade Committee is responsible for ordering Sacramento shirts (February -March), bags, and snacks for the Sacramento trip. 4th Grade Committee is also responsible for the "Pay it Forward" for 5th Grade promotion in May.

The Field Day Chairperson organizes and executes the day of the event. Field Day is held the last week of school and is an outdoor event during the school day. Currently Weaver Field Day consists of inflatable slides and popsicles for students (last week of the school year 2026)

Organize and execute the plan for EXTRAS such as balloons, donuts and signage for WALK/BIKE to school day.

GALA FUNDRAISER Committee

Weaver's Annual Gala Is one of Weaver's biggest fundraiser of the year, and supports many of our much sought after Weaver Experiences like our STEAM Program.

Gala Procurement Team
Assist the Gala Chairs in gathering items from local/national businesses for the silent and live auctions. The gala procurement team plays a crucial role in the success. Great Opportunity for at home computer work!
